Apple Joins Malala in Girls’ Education

Apple announced its partnership with the Malala Fund earlier this year, and recently Malala toured some of Apple’s developer academies in Brazil. Students at the academy come from a variety of backgrounds, and they develop apps to solve challenges in their communities, often tied to topics like health, the city, or equality. When Malala stopped by the academy in Rio de Janiero, she asked them to use their coding skills to help ensure girls around the world have access to quality education.
