Dell’s Women Entrepreneur Network (DWEN) Action Plan
By partnering with policy leaders, executives, and financial institutions, DWEN is trying to understand the best environments for the growth of female entrepreneurs in cities. Dell has started to develop WE Blueprints, designed as action plans to address areas in need of improvement in cities such as capital, market, talent, culture and technology” in 50 cities around the world. The upper management of Dell is on a mission to “change the conversation around women in the workplace and create opportunities for real change,” through female empowerment and taking real action to lobby for change. DWEN is setting an example for other company leaders and cities everywhere.
As 75% of women will have at least one yeast infection in their life, Dr. Laura A. Carinci from NYU Langone warns against its signs and uncomfortable symptoms. Dr. Carinci emphasizes that yeast infections can manifest in different ways, but certain symptoms are particularly likely to be tied to yeast infections.

According to a study conducted by ABC News, the only job where women outrank men in their wage earnings is in the wholesale buying and retail industry. Most every wage comparison showed that women earn significantly less than men in a number of jobs, but in the wholesale industry, women earn around four thousand dollars more than their male counterparts.
