Political science professor Michael Cornfield claims that the key element behind a white woman’s political views is her education level. He noted that while President Trump has high disapproval ratings among women, he has garnered support from working-class women without college degrees. According to a recent Pew Research Center poll, sixty-three percent of women said they disapproved of the current president. Interestingly, Trump beat Clinton by 27 points among women without college degrees in the 2016 election.
