Two female graduates of Columbia Business school recently established one of the leading skin care brands for pregnant, working women known as Basq. Kelli Kenny and Lauren Parisier found success for thirteen years in the executive industry, with praise from a number of celebrities including Heidi Klum and Molly Simms. The two women revealed their secret to success in career and family life to young women interested in starting their own brand. Kenny and Parisier encouraged women to reach out to their customer base for brand avocation and urged women to beat competitors by solving their problems first.
