As female leaders take the world by storm, Forbes offered a few tips and tricks from seasoned female entrepreneurs and CEOs on how to get ahead. Nathalie Molina Niño suggested that women should gather their ideas and bounce them off of employees to help their work evolve. She also recommended using your peer circle, as she believes a lot of women can feel overwhelmed by both societal and work pressures. Niño explains that being a woman is similar to being an underdog but that women should use this label to prove everyone wrong. Niño also emphasized that many corporations have mandated diversity standards, but many women have no idea such programs exist. It’s essential to learn about these opportunities and use them to promote the interests of women and underrepresented groups.
