Women Lead Anti-Trump Opposition

Women launched the first large-scale protest of Donald Trump's presidency with the Women's March the day after his inauguration, and they are still leading the opposition movement. Resistance to President Trump has taken the form of political mobilization. 476 women are running for the House, and women are donating more to political campaigns than ever, particularly those of Democratic women. An energized base of women will likely influence the upcoming midterm elections, and women have recently shown a greater enthusiasm for voting.
